Stocks climb, oil declines on Iran peace deal

Stocks rallied, oil slumped and the dollar fell after the US and Iran said they had reached a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. A gauge of Asian shares jumped 2.1% at the open, while S&P 500 futures were up 1%.
